This significantly cuts down on the lead time in providing you with the solutions you require. It also minimises the amount of time taken for user acceptance testing, since substantial parts of the system will be based on our generic software packages which have already been through rigorous user tests.

Where we do not have suitable modules which will dovetail seamlessly with your business, our expert developers will engineer the perfect software modules for your needs.

Together with you, we determine the requirements of the business, carefully documenting your processes and procedures. We then design a system to work to your specifications. Only when you are happy with the specification, will we commence development on your software.

We provide ongoing support and maintenance, including making available to you at no extra costs, generally available system upgrades (excluding those generally accepted as a new version of the software). Additionally, we will extend or add new functionality as and when your business requests it, regardless of the time elapsed since you signed off the original work.

If required, we will also design and implement a data migration strategy, to enable your existing data to be transferred to the new system, without major disruption to the day to day working of your business.
